Shipping
Products shipped may have special shipping and handling costs due to weight, size, type of product, and location. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. Please provide a street address, as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

It’s Thyme is not responsible for any damage of products shipped from other sources or damage by the recipient.

All items sent via UPS will have either a tracking # or confirmation #.

It’s Thyme has an additional shipping and handling flat rate for packing materials and handling.

Orange County

USA and International
For fountains and sculptures shipped outside of Orange County, in the United States and internationally, please contact info@itsthyme.com with the product you are interested in for shipping and handling totals.

Delivery Time
We will do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 3-7 business days upon receiving payment. UPS usually arrives within 1-5 business days of shipping date within the 48 contiguous States.

Returns and/or Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are for full item value and will not include return shipping and handling costs.

Returns
Item(s) must be returned in original condition with their original packaging. Customers interested in returning an item must call us within 7 days of receiving the item for a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Customer must provide original invoice and a return authorization number.

For returned fountains or sculptures delivered by It’s Thyme within Orange County, $100 pickup fee will be charged.

Return items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

Exchanges
If return and exchange policies are met, you may exchange for an available item. If exchanging for a similar item, all costs are to be determined. The buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs in both directions.

It’s Thyme will notify buyer via e-mail of exchange once the item has been received and processed. If the returned item(s) meet all return and exchange policies, the buyer can expect the exchanged item(s) to be mailed within 3 to 7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds will be by check or credit applied to credit card, same as original payment method. It’s Thyme will notify buyer via e-mail of refund once the item has been received and processed. Buyer can expect a refund within 3 to 14 business days after It’s Thyme has received the returned item.

Shipping Information
To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order. Note that these charges apply per individual address. Please remember that heavy, live, or oversized products may require an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size. This will be shown after the price of the item as an additional shipping charge.

Our Return Policy
At It’s Thyme, our goal is to offer products of the finest quality to our customers. Our merchandise is manufactured using long-lasting materials and is carefully inspected before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item (with receipt) within 60 days for an exchange or refund. In the case of manufacturer defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund for up to one full year. Our Premium Teak™ furniture is warranted against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser; other furniture is warranted for three years.

Plants Promise™
We promise to ship plants, bulbs, and seeds in prime condition, at the appropriate time for your climate zone, and with information about proper care. If you provide proper care but the plant fails to thrive, we will replace it or issue a refund within 30 days for plants or 9 months for bulbs and seeds. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for extreme weather or improper care.

For delivery in Orange County, USA or International, under 100 pounds, your product will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. For delivery in Orange County over 100 pounds, It's Thyme. will deliver for the amount of $100 per drop off. For items over 100 pounds, delivered outside of Orange County in California, the United States, or outside the U.S., please call 1-888-722-7308, 8:30 am – 5 pm PST, or email: info@itsthyme.com

Shipping fees may vary widely due to our varied product lines and zip code destinations. We will calculate shipping charges for items which are heavier, larger, or require special handling. You will be apprised of total shipping charges when the order is processed.
